Coordination Ideas

Here are my ideas on how to discuss my coordination ideas in my thesis. The term "coordination" has been used a lot, but I have not defined it well:
  • Coordination - How citizen scientists can be organized to best achieve the goals of scientists.
    • This involves the design of systems which automatically coordinate citizen scientists based on the needs of scientists/projects as well as the abilities of citizen scientists.
    • This also involves supporting direct interaction between scientists and citizen scientists.
      • I also have storyboards/ideas on direct interactions between citizen scientists, that I could include.
Question: Where to present coordination in my thesis (where in the collection, training, verification and coordination chapter(s)).

My Answer: The last topic. I can introduce the idea during the introduction, mention some coordination ideas (e.g. the training-based cache selection) when needed to tell the story, while stating that I will discuss this in more detail during the coordination chapter. Then I can dive into it at the end.
