Ch 1-4 Thesis Structure

Here is a summary of the content in my first 5 chapters. This includes a rough outline of Chapter 4&5 (Focus Group & Discussion) which still needs work.  The inconsistencies between the chapters are reflected in the document, and I have done some comments on the parts that I've noticed immediately.

From creating this document, I found things I need to do to bring Chapter 2 up to date.

• Most important is writing the section on coordination. 
• Write up related work on some specific parts of Collection, Training and Verification.
• Read through everything to be consistent in argument between Chapter 1 and Chapter 3. And being consistent in terms throughout.

I'm going to work on the related work stuff first (while filling in parts of chapter 3 that I am confident on, e.g. training, definitions).
