Ethics & Ch 1 Final!

• Submitted the ethics revisions
• Tony's edits are done, the "final" Chapter 1 is here!
• Its a bit big, word wouldn't compress it anymore.
• Some of the citations might look a little funky, cleaning up Zotero makes more sense when I'm farther along.
• Broke ground finding related work and ideas on coordinating citizen scientists. Took me a while to figure out how to search for this research focus, but I now have a bunch of articles to read and refer to.
