Much of my work time today was spent flushing out the activities/data types spreadsheet I started last week. Added every bit of important nestwatching, invasive species and plant phenology data that can be collected. To do this I found a number of resources detailing these different categories. Especially with plant phenology, detailed identification of different yearly phases can be complex. This complexity does not mean its worth encorporating in my research (most phenology crowdsourced projects keep really simple), but some complexities may be overcome with a mobile device.
Lastly, I spent some time setting up my new machine, which is my primary work space.
